KmS Refill Program Terms and Conditions

Your first shipment will be processed at sign up, and your credit card will be charged as the price listed at a special autoship discount plus tax where applicable.* We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Paypal. Note: You must register with PayPal when ordering your refills through our website. If you do not wish to register with Paypal to make your payment, you may place your order by calling our Beauty Team at 1.888.810.3257 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.

Subscription orders are available in 2 and 3 month intervals. 1 month intervals are available upon request. You may change your subscription frequency, item quantity, shipping address, payment method, and billing address associated with your subscription at any time by sending an email to MyRefills@kmsmineralessentials.com

All U.S. AutoShip orders will be shipped via standard US mail at no cost. International order will be shipped via 1st Class Mail International at a flat rate of $5.99. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

You may cancel your subscription any time by contacting us at 1.888.810.3257. You will only be charged for orders that have shipped.

Eligible Purchases

Only select products are eligible for the KmS Refill program.

Conditions

KmS Mineral Essentials reserve the right to accept or refuse subscription orders at our discretion. Your autoship membership cannot be transferred to any third party.   

Offer cannot be combined with current KmS promotions.

If payment or shipping issues arise, you will be notified via the e-mail address associated with your subscription. All items with unresolved issues will be placed on hold until a resolution has been reached. 

In the unlikely event an AutoShip item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, you will be notified immediately via email as to how this may or may not affect your shipping schedule.

If any AutoShip item is no longer available, we will notify you and automatically suspend your subscription for that item. No additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed.

If shipment cannot be made due to a billing issue associated with your account you will be notified via the e-mail address associated with your account. In such case, your AutoShip subscription will be automatically suspended and no additional AutoShip orders will be processed or shipped until issue is resolved.

Fees; Renewal

The charge for each shipment will be billed to the credit card used to create your subscription and to place your initial subscription order. If the credit card becomes invalid at any time during the subscription period or if the charge is otherwise rejected, your shipment and any subsequent shipments will be placed on hold and you will be notified via the e-mail address associated with your account until payment information is updated and your membership is reinstated.

We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership to the KmS Refill program via email at
Myrefills@kmsmineralessentials.com at any time by calling our Beauty Team at 1.888.810.3257 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Upon cancellation, you will no longer receive regular shipments and your credit card will not be charged.

   

* Orders shipped to the US state of Florida will be subject to a 7% sales tax.
