Summer might be long gone, but that doesn’t mean you have to lose the radiant, glowing skin that goes along with it! There’s a way to keep that glow all year long with some of our customer’s very favorite product picks!

Perfecting BB Cream

BB Cream isn’t just a summer product! While most prefer to wear Beauty Balm when it’s warm out, there are those, that notice it revives, dull, tired looking skin.

Perfecting BB Cream does it all by moisturizing, priming, perfecting and protecting your beautiful skin! This incredible product contains the genius, Brightening- Malvaceae Lipid Extract™, which promotes a radiant and healthy glow making your skin appear flawless and refreshed!

Advanced Time Rewind Facial Serum

This serum is one of my personal favorites, and teams DMAE, CoQ10 and Panthenol together to nourish dry, dull, dehydrated skin from the inside out while lifting and tightening sagging skin. The combination creates an incredible blend that not only fights aging and repairs sun damage, it also lightens and brightens your skin over time, creating that “yes, I just left the spa” glow.

If you ask me what one product I’d want with me if stranded on a desert island, this is definitely it; KmS Luminizer! This light, highlighting powder not only makes your skin look radiant, it gives your skin a more youthful, dewy appearance. Apply it on top of your cheekbones, down your nose and on your forehead.

So there you have it. Four incredible products that help you “get the glow”. But don’t take my word for it. You’ve got to try them for yourself!

Are there any products you use to get your glow on through the year? I’d love to hear all about it! Let’s get the conversation started in the comments below.

Why Vitamin C Isn’t Enough For Your Skin

Back in the day, my parent’s were big into vitamin supplements.  While all my friends got to eat the yummy Flinstones Chew-ables, I had to settle with a handful of yucky, smelly (I still remember that smell; uggh!) pills that were SO HUGE, I was sure I’d choke! I remember one in particular was about the size of a nickel, and as far as mom was concerned, taking it was non-negotiable. You guessed it; Vitamin C.

I still take Vitamin C, and thank goodness now-a-days it’s much smaller in size! About 5 years ago, I also added this incredible vitamin to my skincare routine to later find out that Vitamin-C also known as Ascorbic Acid isn’t enough.

I recently read an eye-opening article written by Celebrity Dermatologist Nicolas Perricone that discusses the drawbacks of Ascorbic Acid when used on the skin.

Straight up Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) used alone is water soluble, and cannot protect the skin cell membranes. It can also cause irritation for those with sensitive skin. Vitamin C-Ester on the other hand is fat soluble, and is used at its full potential as an anti-aging ingredient. Vitamin C-Ester delivers 8 times higher levels of Vitamin-C activity when compared to its counterpart. In addition, Vitamin C-Ester has the amazing ability to stimulate the skin cell growth that produces collagen and elastin, tissue stands that make the skin strong and flexible.

So, am I saying that Ascorbic Acid should be avoided when choosing an anti-aging supplement? Not at all. But, if you are looking for a product to give you the full potential of Vitamin C (and why wouldn’t you) look for it in conjunction with Vitamin-C Ester like KmS Skin Essentials Vita-C Synergy Serum. This serum combines a high concentration of Vitamin C- Esters, Vitamin E and natural extracts to create a synergenic blend that works to fight the skin’s daily exposure to free radicals, sun damage and aging.

Are you a fan of Vitamin C or C-Ester? Tell me all about it in the comments. I’d love to hear from you! And if you loved this article, (and I know you did), please subscribe below for other great updates.
